You are withering away my love as a white yarrow dies golden in the relentless heat of a summer drought. . . You are drying out your shell my dear it is peeling off of you gently like the delicate layers of a snake crawling away from its own skin. . . You are growing weary my one as a deserted child in a backdrop of a burning field under the sun.
